So I was posting a picture of the Superbrace in a different thread and figured, Hey, I'll post pictures of the other mods I've done in the year I've had the bike.

Here's the Superbrace again

Here's some Progressive shocks (412 HD series). Like them a lot, although sometimes I still play around with the settings.

Handlebar risers from Motech. Not as much difference as I hoped they'd make, but on the plus side, I didn't have to move all the controls to a different set of handlebars.

Centerstand (thanks to Jenn/Coffee Brake), gotta have one

Engine guards and highway pegs

Used Corbin seat

You know your swingarm cap is installed upside down, don't you?

I like the risers.....many other Honda risers will fit, too, but those ones look trick.

I need some of those engine guards...and the shocks.  Don't like the risers?

They're fine, it's just that an inch up and an inch back wasn't as much difference as I wanted it to be. What would be better would be me exercising my core muscle groups.

Your bike is real clean.  Nice look to it.  I can't imagine how modern owners function without a center stand.  It would be one thing to get by without in the shop (shop jack, straps over the ceiling joist, etc.).  But how do they deal with it on the road?  Yesterday, I stopped at a soft spot and without the center stand, I'd be forced to either put the bike on the road, or sit on it the whole time.

I don't have a centerstand on my 96, but I wish I did.  If I come across one cheap, maybe...but I have to deal with setting it up for the 4-1 exhaust.

I don't think the 650 stand will work, but I think (!) that a 700S might.  Just haven't felt like trying it yet.

Look at the end of your swingarm, at the rear of the bike. See the aluminum cap on it?
It has an arrow on it and the word "UP" on it. That cap should be pointed up in the direction of the arrow. Why, I don't know. Probably to make the chain marks line up, but they don't accurately measure the chain anyway.

Ah...and here I was thinking you were referring to the chrome cap on the swingarm pivot.

To save a buck during production! (And to make a few bucks selling it as an aftermarket item...)

I think I"ve got a center stand shipping my way - that came off a 650 ... I won't have anything in it but shipping, so if it doesn't fit my 750, then I'll offer it "Free to a good home"  for shipping only.

I like your mods, and have a few of the same myself. (seat, windshield, risers)     I would like to know where to get engine guards and a center stand for my 03 NH. anyone ?

I don't find either listed in the mail order houses... trolling ebay I can see an occassional used stand but no crash-bars.

PS A favorite mod of mine are mirror extenders, which gets their line of sight outside my shoulders where it should be.

I put the up and back GenMar risers on my bars as well.  EZ install and just enough to make me say "Ahh, better" .

Yep.  The centerstand was an option on all of the late model (91 - 03) 750s.

There are still some out there, you just have to look around and maybe call a few dealers.  If you put the part number ( 50600-MW3-810 ) into a search engine, that'll get you started with some leads.

I got the engine guards from ebay. For the centerstand I had mentioned in a post that I was looking for one and Jenn (coffee_brake), God bless her mol, PMed me and said she had one that she was ready to post on ebay, but she'd give me first crack at it. Sure makes it easy to do maintenance and stuff.

Mirror extenders are something I've been meaning to get but haven't yet. Where'd you get yours?
