You don't have to look at it while riding.

Oh boy...looks like someone was playing "The Island of Dr. Moreau" with motorcycles. Not cool, IMO.

So noahnsteph...did you pull the trigger and buy that seat You know I would have but I'm still waiting for the right 700 Nighthawk to put it on. Of course if my wife weren't such a spoil sport I would be driving to WI to pick up the $400 one I posted up in the Great Lakes regional forum.

To come, or to go as long as I am on my nighthawk.

Oh, don't get me wrong. They're comfortable as hell. My buddy has one on his XS1100 and we refer to it as the lazy boy. That being said it has absolutely no business on a 700 Nighthawk.

What a coincidence. My sister's bf has an xs1100...with a full fairing on the front, got it from the same guy who I got my bike from. ccrraazzyy...and yea for me...the seat's not comfortable if its the same one.

To each his own, right? Maybe there is a... ahem medical reason he wants the soft lazyboy seat.

you could always keep your regular seat, and just use that nice-lookin-lazy-boy-makes-me-wanna-drive-to-Texas seat on long trips.... just a thought
