Well I went on the parkway again. Went a little bit farther than I normally go. Took as many pictures as I could but not as many as I wanted to. Sad I really need to find a RAM camera mount. My friend an I started at 3:30 and ended up getting back at 8. Good ride IMO.

The Nighthawk in it's habitat.

Filling up at the local gas station.

This is my friend's BMW K1200LT.

View from right before the 73 Mile mark.

We stopped again because the view was just too good to pass up.

The bikes again.

Without the bikes.

We stopped once more because the view was just pure awesome. This is the Blue Ridge Parkway……. This is supposed to happen.

We took the highway back so I didn't get anymore pictures(need that RAM mount  banghead ) All in all we did 120 miles. I would definitely recommend anyone to take a trip down here.

That is one of the areas I hope to ride some day.  Great photos.  I really like the shot with the close-up of the tank aiming towards the back of the bike.

Check the NC nighthawks thread. We are trying to put together a BRP ride in Sept. or early Oct. Got a poll going.
