I headed out early this morning hoping to put at least 100 miles and still get home in time for sons 12:15 hockey game. Started off around 8:00am and had a few photo tags in mind but mostly just wanted to get a good ride in and enjoy the absolutely beautiful weather. It was a little cool early in the morning to the point where I was wishing I put the liner in my mesh jacket, but it soon warmed up and was just perfect all day. I wont bore you with the photo tag pics since I already posted them over there.
The first photo op I had was the round hay bales and as i flew right past them I realized I needed that photo, so I pulled over and waited for the bikes and cars behind me to clear so I could make a U turn. The bikes were 2 guys on Harley's and much to my surprise they were very cool, they pulled over to see if I was OK or needed any help. I was sitting on the side of the road and they wanted to help if needed, gave the thumbs up and off they went. I got the hay bale photo and continued on with no real destination in mind. When I saw a road that looked like a good one I just took it.
I was cruising down a 2 lane country road and came upon this sign on the front of someones lawn, must have been a fellow rider.

Got a few more photo tags and then saw 2 wooden wagons in 1 spot. I already have that tag but had to take a couple pics anyway.

The next thing I saw was a car show being set up in a small parking lot in peddlers village. I was there early so there were only a few cars there. It was an amc club and the show wasn't going to start until 11:00 so I took a few pics of what was there and continued on.
A couple cool AMX's

A couple of Javelins

An Eagle wagon

And 2 more that I'm not sure what they are.

From there I road for quite while and ended up on river road just outside of New Hope PA, lots of photo op's along the river.

On the way home I swung by the main strip in New Hope, there's always a bunch of Harley's there just sitting a looking pretty instead of riding. But I knew I'd get my photo for the tag game there.

About another 20 miles to home and that was the end of my ride. I made it home with just enough time to make it to my sons hockey game. The kids topped off a great day with an awesome hockey game, they were losing 2 to 1 with under 2 minutes to go and pulled out a 4-2 victory to win the tournament championship.

What would a ride report be without the mention of hockey from hockeyhawk. Anyway, I had a great day, I hope you did as well.
