I talked to a guy that said my problem of 2nd gear popping into neutral could be a bent clutch fork? Is that replaceable at all? Any one else heard of this, the problem is pretty anoying, but I can shift up twice and go to 3rd.

I've heard of shift forks being bent...sounds like that may be what your misinformed friend meant.

Could be a bent shift fork. But it could also be a worn Cam Plate (#7) and/or a worn Gearshift Drum Stopper (#11). The Drum Stopper rides on the Cam plate.
